We are looking for a Settlement Support Coordinator to assist Buyers Agents and clients
through the settlement phase of their property purchase. This is a critical administrative
role that ensures all documentation processes and communication related to settlement
are managed efficiently. You will be responsible for tracking key milestones liaising with
relevant stakeholders and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers as they move
toward property ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Settlement Administration & Document Management
- Oversee the end-to-end settlement process ensuring all required documentation is
completed accurately and submitted on time. - Track settlement progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements during settlement.
- Maintain and organize settlement documents within internal platforms and CRM systems.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Client Support
- Act as the main point of contact for clients Buyers Agents conveyancer and other parties involved in the settlement process.
- Manage incoming requests updates and inquiries via Microsoft Teams emails phone calls and SMS.
- Provide clients with clear and timely updates on their settlement status ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
- Address and resolve common settlement issues escalating more complex matters as needed.
- Training & Process Improvement
- Undergo settlement training to build expertise in contract processing compliance and key settlement procedures.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvements in settlement handling and recommend process enhancements.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and settlement best practices.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in a coordination administration or support role preferably within real estate property management or a related field.
- Accuracy in data entry and documentation is critical to avoid delays or errors in the settlement process.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring no details are overlooked.
- Proficiency in CRM systems digital contract platforms and workflow management tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology to streamline the settlement process.
- Prior experience or training in property settlements conveyancing or real estate transactions is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of property settlements is a plus.
- Confident in managing client expectations answering queries and liaising with conveyancers and Buyers Agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to emails calls and messages professionally.
- Ability to anticipate settlement challenges and take steps to resolve issues before they impact the client.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
