Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent you will:
- Welcome owners and guests while managing the complete registration process including check-ins check-outs issuing keys and using property management system
- Answer telephone and courtesy calls in a professional friendly and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about local attractions dining options and resort activities to enhance the overall guest experience
- Share VI program information and assist owners with reservation confirmations as requested
- Coordinate guest service requests by communicating with maintenance and housekeeping teams and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain and update service request logs and related databases
- Manage operational files data entry and routine filing tasks
- Handle petty cash transactions and accurately balance cash banks
- Encourage owners and guests to complete the YOC (Your Opinion Counts) survey to support continuous service improvements
- Work independently while staying organized focused and efficient with minimal supervision
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Experience handling cash credit card transactions or point-of-sale systems is helpful
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
- Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Friendly professional and clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm courteous and focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Ability to regularly lift push pull and/or move up to 25 pounds
