- Create and maintain a safe nurturing and responsive environment for infants.
- Provide consistent care routines including feeding diapering and nap schedules while ensuring each childs individual needs are met.
- Observe document and support infants social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Build strong trusting relationships with families and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs daily activities milestones and achievements through mobile apps and in-person conversations.
- Have a genuine passion for the care and development of infants
- Have one year of professional teaching or childcare experience (preferred) or six months of professional childcare experience (required)
- Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements for infant care
