Maintains grounds of property and related duties.
Duties:
- Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
- Empties all trash cans at pools three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.
- Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.
- Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.
- Sweeps curbs and sidewalks.
- Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Empty trash cans in the public area buildings
- Empty dumpsters.
- Operates trash compactor.
- Empties recycle bins.
- Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.
- Leaves work area in a clean neat and safe condition.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
