Job Summary

About the Role:

We areseekingan experienced and peoplefocusedBranch Operations Managerto lead daily operations service delivery customer experience and team development at our branch. This role ensures our facility runs smoothly from open to close while delivering exceptional mobility solutions and support to our customers and partners.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily branch operations ensuring the facility is clean safe and ready for customers.
  • Manage technician workflow service schedules work orders and daily dispatch.
  • Support customer service by handling new inquiries assigning leads and resolving escalated issues.
  • Oversee complex mobility cases and collaborate across teams.
  • Monitor inventory needs andidentifyareas for improvement.
  • Review daily performance metrics support billing questions and prepare operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance through complete documentation equipment standards and safety records.
  • Coach and develop team members with training checkins and performance support.
  • Maintain facility standards including cleanliness waste management and maintenance reporting.
  • Support weekly/monthly tasks like new hire training audits and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Additionaloperationalprojectsassigned by the manager.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge computer software and internet proficiency.
  • Experience in operations service management or branch leadership.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced customerfocused environment.
  • Knowledge of mobility products or healthcare equipment is an asset.
