What Youll Do

Own complex global corporate action eventsbringing deep expertise to ensure timely highquality decisioning.
Lead the full event lifecycle safeguarding data accuracy operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Navigate and resolve highcomplexity issues independently escalating thoughtfully when needed.
Strengthen our risk and control environment ensuring audit readiness and consistent adherence to policies.
Serve as the teams goto SME offering technical guidance coaching and crosstraining to elevate crew capability.
Support leadership by fostering team proficiency and reducing keyperson dependencies.
Build strong relationships with internal partners and custodians leading the charge on escalations and highimpact issues.
Represent Corporate Actions in global forums influencing enhancements to operating models and bestpractice standards.
Champion workflow efficiency helping drive system improvements that reduce risk and boost quality.
Contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives using data and insights to identify trends and emerging risks.

What Were Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Actions or related investment operations.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with sound judgment under time pressure.

Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.

Clear confident communication skillsyou can influence collaborate and educate others effectively.
