Drug and Alcohol Services Australia (DASA) is a Central Australian not-for-profit organisation with over 40 years of community service committed to reducing the harmful impacts of alcohol and drug use. Headquartered in Alice Springs DASA provides trauma-informed culturally safe and evidence-based support across the region.
Their diverse programs include the Sobering Up Shelter Aboriginal and Methamphetamine Outreach Teams Prison In-Reach the Drink Driver Education Program Aranda House Therapeutic Community and other vital initiatives such as Angies Place and the Alternative to Custody Programs. DASA is looking for a full-time Service Manager Community Programsbased in Alice Springs NT.
This important leadership role reports directly to the Deputy CEO and oversees a range of critical community-focused programs. The Service Manager will provide strategic direction lead culturally responsive teams and ensure compliance with best-practice models and Quality Improvement Council standards.

To qualify you will need a Diploma in Community Services AOD Mental Health or similar with significant ideally 25 years relevant experience including management roles in a similar sector. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) is highly desirable.
