Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking positive outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff to join our 2nd shift Environment Services Leadership Team!

What youll do:

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists

• Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department

• Daily cleaning as well as projects carpet and hard surface floor care waste disposal and moving services

• Shift management and scheduling

• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department.

What youll need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field

• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays.
