Compensation & Incentives Earn a base salary of $55000$65000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1000/month).

Your Role & Experience as a Trainee

• Deliver direct ABA therapy and gain experience leading components of programming under BCBA supervision
  
  
• Assist with functional assessments treatment planning and goal setting based on clinical frameworks
  
  
• Participate in family training sessions and team meetings to develop collaborative care skills
  
  
• Receive structured supervision aligned to BACB task list competencies and Elevate program milestones
