Location: Hudson Florida (34667)
Schedule: Full-Time Nights Rotating Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20000 (Nights)

Compensation & Differentials

Base Pay (RRT):

• Entry Level: $27.09/hr

• Mid-Level: $32.29/hr

• Senior Level: $37.92/hr

Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift: $4.50/hr

• Weekend: $3.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

• $20000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time Nights
  (1 year of experience 2-year commitment required)

• $10000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time Days

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join a fast-paced acute care environment in Hudson Florida. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who excel in collaborative settings and are committed to delivering high-quality respiratory care across diverse patient populations.

The role offers exposure to critical care cardiac services and mechanical ventilation along with competitive compensation shift differentials and a strong sign-on incentive for night shift professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and evaluate patient needs

• Develop implement and monitor individualized Respiratory Care Plans

• Set up operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation

• Administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments to patients of all ages

• Accurately document respiratory treatments and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Function independently during off-hours and in the absence of team leadership

• Collaborate effectively with physicians nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain compliance with all clinical safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program
  (Associate Degree required; Bachelors degree preferred)

• Florida Respiratory Therapist License
  (CRT required; RRT strongly preferred)

• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required

• ACLS PALS and NRP required within 6 months of hire

• Ability to meet physical demands of the role including standing bending lifting and assisting with patient movement
