Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday 8am - 4pm
Tuesday: 8am - 3.30pm
Salary: Grade 4 Spinal Point 7 - 10
13.69 - 14.35 per hour (full time equivalent 26403 - 27694) and actual annual salary range 22694 - 23794
Norton Hill Primary School is seeking a committed motivated and dynamic Administrator to join our team. If youre looking for a varied role in a supportive team where no two days are the same this could be the perfect opportunity.
We are looking for an organised professional and approachable School Administrator to provide an administrative support to staff pupils and parents. The post holder will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who is able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with parents pupils staff and external agencies.
A high level of accuracy confidentiality and professionalism is essential. You will be comfortable learning and using a range of IT systems maintaining high-quality data and supporting others with system queries.
Aflexible proactive and team-focused approach is vital along with reliability and patience. Prior knowledge of school operations would be an advantage but is not essential.
