Job Summary
Supports Front Lines globally in providing tendering solutions and specifications on elevator escalator and modernisation solutions
Is the FL contact for technical questions and costing support in tendering phase before 0 (S-Plan). He/she may also participate in planning / specification meetings in SL.
Coordinates specifications within Supply Line (also with Sourcing Engineering or local subcontractors)
Ensures that the proposed solution fulfils the codes regulations and safety requirements as well as requirements of cost-effectiveness on-time and competitiveness
Manages tender drawing and related documents
Makes the material specifications for KONE and local material. Checks and updates the specification based on variations.
Evaluates and assure the consistency & accuracy of tender quotations for Tendering Mgr.
Prepares the logic and reliable quotation for volume product / non standard project / option variation order (VO) feedback (FB) warranty claims etc.
