Airport Host/Hostess (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest journey begins with a lasting first impression. As our Airport Host/Hostess you will be the welcoming face of the resort offering a warm polished and personalized greeting from the moment our guests arrive on the island. Your presence professionalism and attention to detail will set the tone for a seamless and memorable stay.

In this role you will anticipate guest needs provide assistance with care and confidence and ensure that every arrival experience reflects the refined service standards of our Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival at the airport with warmth professionalism and discretion
Provide assistance information and guidance ensuring a smooth and effortless arrival experience
Monitor flight schedules and communicate proactively with internal departments regarding delays or changes
Coordinate arrival arrangements including preparation and replenishment of airport amenities such as water and refreshing towels
Ensure all special arrival arrangements are prepared and executed according to guest preferences and brand standards
Act as a liaison between guests transportation providers and resort teams to ensure seamless coordination
Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times
Perform additional duties related to guest arrival and service coordination as required

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Management or related studies
Previous experience in a guest-facing role preferably within a 5-star luxury environment
Highly proficient in spoken and written English additional languages are a strong advantage
Self-motivated enthusiastic and genuinely guest-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests colleagues and management
Upholds the highest standards of professionalism ethics and conduct
