Join our dynamic and collaborative marketing team at Westfield Geelong as a Marketing Assistant where youll be part of a team that values creativity agility and learning. Every day brings opportunities to make a tangible impact on the centre our retailers and the local community.

Youll be actively involved in delivering campaigns managing social media supporting events and activations and building relationships with retailers and partners all while contributing to a vibrant customer-led experience.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and events that engage customers and drive visitation
Creating and posting content across social media channels digital touchpoints and connected screen networks
Building and maintaining relationships with retailers and community partners to enhance collaboration and engagement
Supporting campaign reporting traffic insights and retailer data collection
Assisting with operational marketing tasks such as signage purchase orders and event preparation
Being an active member of the Centre Team contributing to a well-presented welcoming environment for customers and retailers

This is a casual role perfect for someone with a genuine passion for marketing eager to learn and motivated to make a real contribution to a close-knit supportive team.

You will bring:

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills confident in engaging with retailers partners and internal stakeholders
A genuine passion for marketing social media events and learning new skills
A positive can-do attitude with the initiative to pitch in and get involved across a variety of marketing activities
Retail or customer-facing experience and/or studying (or recently completed) Marketing Communications or related studies
A collaborative mindset thriving in a supportive close-knit team environment
