Responsibilities
Develop and manage our companies recruiting efforts while collaboratively working with our division leaders and management team
Define consistent data driven hiring metrics and goals
Passionately drive results by thinking outside the box and acting quickly to ensure the long term best interest of company objectives
Provide front line support to manager directors and executive leadership in all areas culture employee relations including coaching development and policy compliance.
Responsible for the development and management of talent development employee engagement compensation and benefits program
Oversee the on boarding process and well as provide council regarding terminations.
Oversee the company handbook and company policies regarding employees
Manage pre-employment process new hire orientation and maintenance of employee records.
Compensations
Starting Base Pay (Based on Experience)
Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days 90 Days 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
Generous end of the year bonuses.

Medical Dental and Vision Insurance. (Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability. (Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
401k with a 25% company match. (Maxed out at $2500/year)
