Key responsibilities include managing labor and delivery processes from admission through postpartum care continuous fetal monitoring assessment of labor progress timely recognition of deviations and rapid coordination with obstetricians and anesthesia. Youll perform triage monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing assist with cesarean sections when needed support neonatal resuscitation protocols provide patient and family education and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
