Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Rehab Office Coordinator (ROC) at one of our highly respected senior communities in Manitowoc Wisconsin. We are seeking an energetic organized and compassionate professional to support our growing therapy team while helping create a welcoming and efficient environment for residents families and staff.
This position offers a consistent schedule in a resident-centered healthcare environment and is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting senior care. Previous medical clerical or healthcare office experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the therapy department
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional welcoming atmosphere
Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate clinician calendars
Support daily administrative operations including data entry record keeping and supply management
Communicate effectively with residents families therapists and facility leadership
Assist with insurance verification and billing-related processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
