About the Role
A Japanese IT company providing a wide range of technology servicesincluding system development software solutions and website productionis seeking a Network Engineer to join its growing team.
This role is well-suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and network engineering. You will work in a supportive team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience with servers networks and client support while receiving on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers workstations and network environments
- Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues
- Provide IT support remotely and through on-site visits to client locations as needed
- Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Japanese / English bilingual (business-level communication required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word etc.)
- Strong willingness to learn positive attitude and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Windows-based environment
- Basic knowledge or interest in network security concepts
- Experience with server administration or IT infrastructure support
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware network or system-related issues
