What Youll Do:

• Greet patients with a warm welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with care
• Assist with insurance verification claims and submissions
• Manage contact lens inventory and assist with patient training for new wearers
• Prepare patients for their appointments using specialized equipment and accurately enter data into health records
• Support a team that values organization communication and exceptional service
