Job Summary
Power Of Fitness is seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to schedule consultations follow up with leads and support sales and operations teams. Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments

Follow up with leads inquiries and existing clients

Confirm reschedule and manage appointment calendars

Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details

Provide basic information about services and programs

Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals

Coordinate with sales coaching or operations teams

Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times
Qualifications
1 year of appointment setting call center or customer service

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Ability to handle objections and remain professional

Comfortable using CRM systems scheduling tools and spreadsheets

Organized reliable and goal-oriented
