Job Summary
Our client a prestigious regional law firm renowned for its excellence is actively seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with a solid 3 to 6 years of litigation experience to enhance its national litigation practice based in the Denver office. This firm is dedicated to fostering long-term growth and development in the right candidate and prides itself on creating a highly collaborative close-knit team environment that encourages professional camaraderie and shared success.
The primary focus of this role will be on commercial and construction litigation while also offering opportunities to gain valuable experience in consumer class action defense TCPA matters and labor & employment law. While expertise in these additional areas is advantageous it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage cases from their inception through to resolution with minimal oversight from senior attorneys.
Candidates with deposition and hearing experience will be strongly preferred. Additionally applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have at least two years of experience practicing within the state.
Candidates must have very academic credentials (GPA above 3.2
