We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join our established and successful Farmers Insurance agency. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new business building lasting client relationships and advising families on the personal insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
Job Summary
As a Personal Lines Producer youll be the trusted advisor for clients seeking home auto and umbrella insurance. Youll manage a sales pipeline prospect through provided leads and referrals and deliver tailored risk management solutions that meet client needs. Success in this role means consistently meeting sales goals while strengthening the agencys reputation for excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business through leads networking referrals and marketing initiatives.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and present customized insurance solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotes clearly explaining policy terms and coverage.
- Act as a long-term advisor ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Review renewals for cross-sell opportunities and upsell additional coverage.
- Maintain accurate records in agency management software.
- Stay current with industry trends and collaborate with underwriters and team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License or willingness to obtain (training provided).
- Proven track record in sales with ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Knowledge of personal insurance products preferred.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with agency management or CRM software (preferred).
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
