As Floater you will:
- Support lead and assistant teachers across classrooms by helping implement our proprietary curriculum and engaging learning activities.
- Assist in creating a fun nurturing and structured environment where children can learn play and grow using TLEs engaging characters and materials.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards at all times.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to provide consistent care and support throughout the center as needed.
- Communicate positively with parents and families by sharing childrens daily activities milestones and achievements through mobile apps and in-person interactions.
Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Have a high school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred)
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
