The Role

Full-time position 40 hours per week
Weekend rota: 1 in 6
Lead clinical decision-making and uphold best practice standards
Support mentor and develop the wider veterinary team
Balance leadership responsibilities with a strong clinical caseload
Play a key role in the continued growth and direction of the practice
