Your mission
As Product Owner working directly with the Program Lead you are the critical link between stakeholders users and our agile development teams. You will make an important contribution to delivering state-of-the-art mission software for our military customers.
Responsibilities
Implement and grow Scrum across the development teams.
Define and communicate the product roadmap in alignment with business and user needs.
Maintain prioritize and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
Define and communicate acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of delivered increments.
Collaborate with development teams and the Scrum Master to ensure clarity feasibility and alignment on sprint goals.
Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic objectives especially under security certification and integration constraints.
Collaborate with the team by reviewing code and assuring alignment between product requirements and delivered software.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science Engineering Systems Engineering or a comparable field.
5 years of experience as a Product Owner (or comparable role) in complex software projects.
Previous software development experience in C.
Solid understanding of Agile principles specifically Scrum.
Experience with mission-critical regulated or security-sensitive software environments (defence aerospace transportation etc.).
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Structured analytical mindset with a focus on delivering value.
Excellent German and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Familiarity with military operational concepts and integration requirements.
Experience with certification processes and security considerations in defence software.
Strong technical understanding of APIs system integration and complex software landscapes.
