Job Summary

Youll play a key role in driving deal origination and execution from due diligence to portfolio management with a focus on credit investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end deal origination and execution
Prepare and present investment committee materials
Conduct independent credit analysis due diligence and research
Negotiate and review transaction documentation
Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to fund valuation and reporting
Participate in fundraising and business development
Develop and refine investment strategies with partners
Mentor and train junior team members

What you bring:

Top-tier university degree in Finance Economics or related field
Experience in credit analysis investment banking or private equity
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Solid understanding of capital markets and credit products
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus
