Job Summary

Our client is a global technology defense and engineering group with offices across Asia Europe the Middle East and the U.S. Were looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our clients robotics naval and maritime sales efforts.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for robotics naval and maritime products and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence and public security sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales preferably in robotics naval or maritime industries
  • Strong understanding of robotics automation and unmanned systems technology
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in strategic planning program management and risk management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in defence and public security sectors
  • Knowledge of naval and maritime industries
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

Responsibilities Split:

  • Sales and Business Development: 70%
  • Technical Support and Product Management: 30%
