Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for robotics naval and maritime products and solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence and public security sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in sales preferably in robotics naval or maritime industries
- Strong understanding of robotics automation and unmanned systems technology
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning program management and risk management
Nice to Have:
- Experience in defence and public security sectors
- Knowledge of naval and maritime industries
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
