Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT Applications team in Bangalore reporting to the Director IT Applications. You will be a key driver in designing and scaling our ServiceNow environment translating business needs into high-impact technical solutions that ensure system stability and operational excellence.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

• Develop test and document custom solutions integrations and data migrations for ServiceNow projects

• Translate business needs into well-architected solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform

• Manage CMDB health integrations Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure system stability

• Design scalable workflow frameworks and identify opportunities to automate and improve manual processes

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless development testing and deployment

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience

• 3 years in IT Service Management/ServiceNow and 2 years specifically focused on ServiceNow application development

• Proficiency in JavaScript API integrations and ServiceNow modules including CMDB HR Service Portal Asset Management HAM SAM IRM TPRM and ESG

• ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile Kanban or Scrum

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more ServiceNow modules like ITSM ITBM ITOM TPSM or GRC

• Demonstrated experience in UI development within the ServiceNow platform

• ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation certification or higher
