Work Location: County Hall Groby Road Glenfield Leicestershire LE3 8RA

Worker Category: Hybrid Worker with County Hall being the main base and point for any travel. A flexible approach is required to work from multiple locations across Leicestershire to meet the service requirements.

Salary: Grade 10- per annum (Pro rata for part time)

Working Hours:37 per week with flexibility on pattern to meet the service requirements. The post holder will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends by prior agreement.

Contract Type: 3 Year Fixed Term/Secondment

About the Role

This role is to develop and deliver engagement activity for the newly announced Crisis Development Fund. Working to the Project manager you will be responsible for designing engagement activity that sits across citizens communities and a wide range of stakeholders to support the outcomes of the Crisis Resilience Fund. You will be required to develop and evaluate a wide range of communication and engagement methods to enable effective engagement with a wide range of target audiences ensuring that information is accessible.

You will be required to capture the voices of citizens gathering their experiences and present the findings to the Crisis Resilience project group other strategic meetings both internally and externally.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to make connections both with members of the public but also other stakeholders engagement leads to ensure that strong working relationships collaboration and to maximise the communication channels and capabilities.

You will require knowledge and experience in a range of evaluation methods to ensure that communications and engagement continue to meet the requirements as identified in the Crisi Resilience funding guidance.

About You

To apply for this post you must:

  • To lead the development implementation reporting and evaluation of the CRF
  • theimplementationandreviewthe CRF engagement plan
  • To work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide high quality advice to LCC Members (including the relevantLead Members Cabinet and Scrutiny) and officers (specificallyCorporate Management Team Department Management Team and corporateboards) through appropriate communication anddialogue.
  • Be able to apply a range of evaluation methodologies to enable engagement is person/community centred and report on any findings
  • Be flexible in your approach

You must also have an understanding of and commitment toequality diversity and inclusion.
