Are you committed about making a real difference in the lives of children young people and families The Orange Door is looking for an experienced Children and Young Persons Practice Leader to help shape safe highquality support services across our network.
In this role youll work closely with The Orange Door Manager practice leaders and team leaders. Together youll ensure that people seeking support receive the best possible response.
As a key practice leader youll be the expert staff turn to for guidance on working with children and young people. Youll provide leadership in assessing risk understanding needs and supporting effective interventions for infants children and young people impacted by family violence or experiencing other vulnerabilities.
Youll also play a vital role in building capability across The Orange Door workforce. Through collaboration and coaching youll help strengthen how we engage children and young people ensuring their voices and experiences are at the centre of every service response.
You will be part of a connected leadership team supporting and developing staff to deliver inclusive effective services for every client who walks through our doors.
