M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate

• Conduct in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models commercial performance and growth drivers
• Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities ensuring alignment with Fevers strategic priorities
• Track post-acquisition performance identifying opportunities for synergies scalability and innovation
• Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines

• Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product operations commercial marketing and corporate functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions process alignment and cultural integration
• Identify key risks and dependencies proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuity
• Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes capturing best practices for future transactions

• Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments ensuring clear alignment on goals timelines and priorities
• Collaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working systems and processes
• Communicate progress insights and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus)
• 35 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy operations or M&A integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Highly organized proactive and adaptable thrives in fast-paced evolving environments
• Passionate about driving real impact through collaboration execution and innovation
