Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care:Lead the delivery of high-quality care across various general dentistry services including restorative cosmetic and preventive treatments.
- Patient Relationships:Develop long-lasting relationships with patients ensuring a positive comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practices values and goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimumof 1-2 years of experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to lead motivate and manage a dental team effectively
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
