This role oversees event execution course content development and participant engagement while ensuring adherence to state and professional licensing standards. - Serve as liaison with state and federal licensure entities to maintain compliance and provider status.
- Develop frameworks for participant eligibility attendance and credit completion.
- Maintain accurate CE credit reporting and documentation per state and professional standards.
- Oversee audit readiness and accreditation documentation.
- Act as primary contact for participants faculty and external partners to ensure a seamless experience.
- Drive participant engagement through outreach and responsive support.
- Analyze feedback to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Create promotional and informational materials (e-newsletters flyers invitations course descriptions surveys press releases); coordinate with marketing design teams consultants and vendors for final output.
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support long-term planning to enhance program quality efficiency and alignment with institutional goals
