Department Overview
The Offer Strategy team is responsible for defining developing and executing the companys Command Center product and service offer strategies to drive market competitiveness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Job Description
Understand the strategic positioning of assigned solutions in the market (competitive landscape market share competitor offer structures)
Guide offer decisions for an assigned product portfolio ensuring that they align to the organizations overarching offer strategy
Partner closely with product teams to understand planned roadmap to determine future changes that may impact existing offers or require new offers. Escalates ecosystem integration opportunities for prioritization.
Collaborate with sales enablement organizations to maintain offer strategy documentation that clearly explains how the offer is structured and cross sell/upsell strategies.
Works with finance to align on monetization strategy for modeling into forecasts and the long range plan.
Works with product operations team to ensure appropriate setup of offers in quoting/ordering systems
Participates in new offer launch meetings to address any questions as it pertains to offer structure and strategy
Define metrics for tracking offer success and works with BI team to build metrics reporting.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in sales strategy product management or marketing
Bachelors degree
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are a necessity
Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
Proactive enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
Ability to research and analyze requirements from various stakeholders
Ability to understand market trends financial data and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment
Ability to multi-task among various assignments.
Target Base Salary Range: $120000 - $140000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
