What We are Seeking:

Install service and troubleshoot automatic sliding swinging and handicapassist doors

Run terminate and test low-voltage wiring (24V 120V control circuits sensors access controls etc.)

Diagnose electrical or mechanical issues in door operators

Perform clean code-compliant wiring and equipment installs

Maintain accurate service reports and communicate findings to supervisors

Work independently and safely on active construction sites and occupied facilities

Required Qualifications:

Experience working with automatic doors (NABCO Stanley Horton dormakaba Record etc.)

Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting

Ability to read wiring diagrams and hardware schedules

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Strong communication and problemsolving skills

AAADM certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience installing door operators maglocks card readers sensors and push plates

Basic construction or glazing background (Required)
