As the Director of Medical Records you will manage the daily operations of the Medical Records Department. Consult with staff on medical records and transcription issues. Maintain approved levels of security and confidentiality of records and data. Manage the electronic health information system. Develop and implement company-wide trainings for use of the electronic health information system. Hire orient train and supervise Medical Records staff.
