Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Provide classroom support across Infant Toddler and Preschool rooms
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and program flow
- Implement developmentally appropriate play-based activities
- Support daily routines including meals naps transitions and learning activities
- Maintain safe clean and engaging classroom environments
- Partner with teachers and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC health safety and licensing standards
- Massachusetts EEC certification for Infant Toddler and Preschool required
- Experience working in a licensed childcare daycare or preschool center
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Reliable flexible and confident working with multiple age groups
- Competitive pay: $22$23 per hour
