To identify develop or expand UHNW relationships ($5 million or more) for Vanguard primarily capitalizing on opportunities resulting from client and prospective client calls or referrals into the BDG department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families.
Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and prioritize lead opportunities within current client base coordinate outreach efforts and share feedback to refine lead generation strategies.
Effectively present Vanguards investment capabilities products and services including investment management retirement planning estate planning and tax optimization strategies.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Stay informed about market trends regulatory changes and new products in the Wealth Management industry.
Participate in networking events seminars and community activities to enhance the organizations visibility and attract new clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and pipeline management in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required. Series 7 63 and 65 or CFP required. Masters degree or professional certifications such as CFA preferred.
Eight to ten years of financial services experience with at least five years in a senior level client relationship or sales role. Three to five years of successful UHNW or Institutional relationship executive or sales experience preferred.
Strong understanding of investment products financial planning and wealth management solutions.
Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with Ultra High Net Worth clients.
