You will play a pivotal role in driving our HR projects and support Managers with HRs initiatives.
Job Details:
- This is a hybrid role requiring a presence in the Paris office for three days per week.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Keep HR projects on track: monitor timelines budgets and progress tackling issues or risks as they come up.
- Deal with complex project governancewith group and regional stakeholders.
- Transform HR Digitally: from launch to finish line Support HR digital transformation projects whether its optimizing HR processes new solutions implementations upgrades or integrations.
- Advise management on legal and HR aspects.
- Manage employee relations issues and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Participate in designing HR manager programs in alignment with the global HR strategy.
- Participate in the development of HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in law (specializing in Labour Law) Labour/Industrial Relations or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of French Social Law: A strong understanding of French social legislation is essential.
- Professional experience: 3 years of combined experience in human resources employee relations within a complex international matrix organization.
- Project management expertise: Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to focus on details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Collaborative spirit: A team player with a positive attitude who can effectively collaborate across different teams and cultures.
- Language proficiency: Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) at the C1 level or above.
- Organizational skills: Excellent planning organization and problem-solving abilities are a must.
- Personal attributes: Self-motivated confident and solutions-driven individual with a growth mindset.
