Your Role as an International Recruiter
As an International Recruiter you will work with the following tasks (including but not limited to):
Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers
Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts
Being active on the phone and proactively headhunting candidates using various tools and portals
Leveraging social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates
Screening applications and interviewing candidates via phone and video
Creating candidate presentations and following up with clients throughout the process
Matchmaking and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Managing your time effectively to create structure and drive success
Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets
Fluent in one of the Nordic languages: Danish Norwegian or Finnish
Interested in an international career and environment and enjoy working with people
Structured and able to multitask
A positive solution-oriented problem solver
A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with candidates and clients
Goal-oriented and driven by reaching targets
Interested in the international recruitment industry
Adaptable to change and able to work with deadlines
Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Educated and/or experienced in a similar role department or industry
A well-structured and interactive onboarding process with a buddy system and continuous training
