The successful HR Manager will lead on all aspects of human resources ensuring robust compliance effective recruitment and retention and high-quality support for staff across the school. Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR management role (education experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of HR policies employment law and compliance
Experience overseeing recruitment onboarding and staff lifecycle processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable
