This is a vital role supporting the schools HR and personnel functions. The successful HR Officer will manage staff records recruitment processes and compliance ensuring best practice and safeguarding standards are met.
Previous HR or personnel administration experience (school experience desirable)
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance
Experience handling confidential information
Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding procedures
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Eligibility to work in the UK
