The Opportunity
An Outstanding school in Camden is seeking a highly analytical Data Manager to oversee the schools Information Management System (SIMS). You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide data-driven insights that help track pupil progress and school performance. This is a vital role for an individual who enjoys working with complex datasets and has a high attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all school data from pupil census returns to internal assessment tracking. The role involves creating detailed reports for teachers and senior leaders to identify trends in student attainment and attendance. You will also manage the schools reporting cycle to parents and ensure that all staff are trained in using data systems effectively.
Requirements & Salary
Advanced proficiency in SIMS or a similar school database is essential. The salary is paid on the Inner London scale.
