Key Responsibilities
Opening and locking the school site each day
Carrying out general maintenance repairs and basic DIY tasks

Maintaining outdoor areas including playgrounds and pathways
Assisting with school events lettings and emergency call-outs

Experience & Qualifications
Previous caretaking site or facilities experience desirable
Good practical skills across general maintenance and repairs
Understanding of health & safety procedures
Reliable organised and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider school team
Salary
Paid on the local authority support staff scale dependent on experience.
