We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead and optimize the development teams project this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple technical projects ensuring clear prioritization and making sure teams are aligned with deadlines and deliverables. Your work will directly impact team efficiency task clarity and overall productivity across the engineering function.
Early Success Milestones for this role
- Team efficiency increases to 60% as measured by Hubstaff.
- Daily focus metrics improve to 80% or higher.
- Projects are running on time with fewer blockers and clearer direction.
- Team members exhibit improved clarity morale and engagement.
Your Team When You Join Us
You will collaborate with the CTO of the team to align on business and operations needs. You will also lead a team of 6 Full Stack Developers to get these projects done.
We would love to hear from you if
- You have 2 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.
- You manage and coordinate ongoing development projects ensuring priorities are properly set and milestones are met.
- You implement and refine Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) across teams.
- You Monitor and analyze productivity metrics using tools like Hubstaff identifying areas for improvement.
- You facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
- You collaborate closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to remove blockers and optimize team workflows.
- You promote a culture of continuous improvement accountability and high performance.
- You establish clear boundaries expectations and roles within the team for better ownership and clarity.
Couple of the notes about the role
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- This is a part-time position. You must be able to commit at least 4 hours a day.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( to track hours worked.
Compensation
