We are looking for a E-commerce SEO Specialist to help us maximize sales and conversions across our general this role youll identify which products are attracting traffic then optimize their pages for direct response performance and keyword visibility. Youll continuously test track and refine product pages to ensure were getting the best results possible.
The Challenge
The main challenge of this role is to identify which products on our general stores are attracting traffic and optimize their pages to maximize conversions. This includes improving images titles descriptions reviews and pricing while leveraging keywords for visibility. The role requires continuous testing tracking and refining to turn traffic into measurable sales growth.
Early Success Milestones for this role
- Number of product pages optimized.
- Tangible improvements in performance of optimized products (conversion rates sales uplift keyword ranking).
We would love to hear from you if
- 1 year of experience in e-commerce product optimization or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Shopify.
- Ability to utilize Google keyword tools for SEO and discoverability.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to track and measure work impact.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Keyword Manager.
Couple of the notes about the role
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis were open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise. This role may have performance incentives.
