WHATS IN YOUR LUGGAGE

-At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels

-Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary

-Be able to demonstrate that you take initiative and supervise others

-Plenty of experience in high volume fast-paced work environments

-Individuals must be flexible in their approach adapt smoothly to last-minute changes and remain high customer-focused

-Excellent command of English

-This position requires shift work and flexibility

WHATS YOUR JOB ABOUT

-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards

-Lead train and supervise bartending staff during shifts

-Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere

-Develop and update cocktail menus including seasonal and signature drinks

-Monitor inventory levels place orders and minimize waste

-Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations

-Handle cash POS systems and end-of-shift reports accurately

-Maintain cleanliness organization and proper setup of the bar area

-Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently

-Collaborate with management to improve bar performance and profitability
