Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Biller / Title Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong administrative skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles registrations and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Verify title paperwork for accuracy and completeness resolving any discrepancies.
- Work with customers dealerships and state agencies to facilitate title transfers.
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal title regulations to ensure compliance.
- Organize and maintain title records for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed within the department.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Biller / Title Administrator or in a related administrative role (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process paperwork with accuracy.
- Familiarity with title processing DMV regulations and dealership operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
