Information Management/Information Technology (IMIT) Administrator
ACLC is seeking an experienced Information Management/Information Technology (IMIT) Administrator to join the team at Special Operations Center for Medical Integration & Development (SOCMID). SOCMID plays a critical role in the preparation of Air Force Special Operations Command Medics for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The IMIT administrator serves as the sole IMIT focal point to support facets of course planning development and execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide the following support elements:
- Audio/visual (A/V) support
- Technology integration for course requirements
- Internet connection and service
- Computer connection and troubleshooting
- Server integration with facility
- Learning management system platform
- Provision training aids
- High-fidelity mannequin IT integration
- Maintain software-based training equipment to include phones/tablets/ultrasound probes and LMS functionality troubleshooting and platform creations.
- Coordinate with the host installation IT department and facility to meet all IMIT needs for the program.
- Troubleshoot system SOCMID associated office and technical field software and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve customer reported system incidents problems and events.
- Install and configure hardware software and peripheral equipment for system users in accordance with organizational standards.
- Administer accounts network rights and access to systems and equipment.
- Monitor and report client-level computer system performance.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years in an IMIT role.
- The contractor will possess knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols and network security methodologies.
- The contractor will possess knowledge of risk management processes (e.g. methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
- The contractor will possess knowledge of national and international laws regulations policies and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity IAW the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework and annually revised Cyber Awareness standards and expectations.
- The contractor will possess knowledge of cloud computing deployment models in private public and hybrid environments and the difference between on-premises and off-premises environments.
- The contractor will possess knowledge of cloud computing service models Software as a Service (SaaS) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science IT Business Management Computer and Information Systems Cyber or a related field.
- A DoD 8140 Compliant Proof of Expertise such as Security SecurityX Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security).
- OPSEC Training.
- At least 2 years in an IMIT role.
- Must have an active secret security clearance.
