Responsibilities
This is a new exciting role as an Outreach Support Volunteer you will be working in close collaboration with our outreach workers partner agencies signposting individuals empowering and assisting them to access relevant services. Advocating for them and supporting them to achieve their goals and make positive changes as well as managing expectations of all involved.
